Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Postoperative atrial fibrillation for more than 30 seconds within 5 days after surgery
• Secondary Outcome: Duration of postoperative hospitalization; complications; duration of atrial fibrillation; postoperative atrial flutter for more than 30 seconds within 5 days after surgery; duration of atrial flutter

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: < 90age old
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: Patients who undergo heart valve surgery
• Exclude criteria: Patients with atrial fibrillation ventricular arrhythmia, unstable angina, acute myocardial infarction, hemodialysis, digitalis, and class I and III antiarrhythmic agents; pregnant women; emergent case
