Include criteria	(1) Patients who have completed final observation after 54-week administration in the phase I/II clinical study and whose symptoms are stable. (2) Patients for whom administration of CT-P13 is deemed appropriate as of the end of final observation after 54-week administration in the phase I/II clinical study.
