Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum	>= 5age old
Age maximum	<= 65age old
Gender	Both
Include criteria	Rhinitis : Patients with perennial rhinitis symptom or treatmet of perennial rhinits for more than 6 months Asthma : Patients with asthma symptom or treatmet of asthma for more than 6 months
Exclude criteria	1) Patients with identified causative allergen informatoin 2) Patients with treatmetn to affect skin test result, for example anti-histamine drug
