detailes of teratment arms:The participants wore the PTRD while performing a set of exercises. Five types of exercise, squat (10 times), duck walk (5 steps*5 times), front lunge (10 times), trunk flexion & extension (5 times), and trunk rotation (5 times), were performed.

• Age minimum: >= 15age old
• Age maximum: < 30age old

• Exclude criteria: history of a lumbar disease, neurologic disorder, leg length discrepancy
