Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: patient with eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusitis,non-eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusitis,allergic fungul rhinosinusitis and pituitary tumor for control.
• Exclude criteria: patient with anemia
