Intervention(s)The orthopaedic surgeon performs a continuous pericapsular nerve group block by inserting a catheter during the hip arthroplasty.

Primary Outcomepain assessement (NRS score)
Secondary Outcomeanalgesic use (opioid included) sensory loss motion loss distance in ambulation and weight bearing under tolerable pain during rehabilitation process

Age minimum>= 60age old

Include criteriaPatients with femoral neck fracture, trochanteric fracture, osteoarthritis of hip, femoral head necrosis, and hip impingement syndrome.
Exclude criteriaPatients with severe mental illness, dementia, drug addiction, or a local anesthetic allergy.
