Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomeChanges of TOF ratio and T1 response after conversion of maintenance of anesthesia with propofol to that with remimazolam
Secondary OutcomeCorrelation between the rate of changes of TOF ratio or T1 response and basic demographic data of the patients (age, sex, height, weight, body mass index, liver and renal function), dose of remimazolam and depth of anesthesia

Include criteriaPatients over 18 years old scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia in the supine position without neuromuscular blockade. All patients were American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status class I or II.
Exclude criteriaPatients under 18 years old, with known or suspected difficult airway and a history of gastroesophageal reflux or increased risk factors for aspiration, with neuromuscular disorder, with contraindication to benzodiazepine
