Intervention(s)Irrigation group: Oral management and corticosteroid irrigation were carried out 4 times (treatment 1-4) with an interval of 7 (4-10) days. Control group: Oral management was carried out 4 times (treatment 1-4) with an interval of 7 (4-10) days.

Outcome(s)

Primary Outcomexerostomia 4 weeks after treatment
Secondary Outcomexerostomia on treatment 1-4 xerostomia on 4, 8,12 weeks after treatment salivary flow rate on treatment 1-4 salivary flow rate 8,12 weeks after treatment

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum>= 20age old
Age maximum<= 89age old
GenderBoth
Include criteriahead and neck cancer patients receiving radiotherapy (IMRT) with dose greater than 50 Gy One or more parotid and submandibular glands are included in the field of radiation.
Exclude criteriaPatients with problem in judgement
