Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Difference in T1 reappearance time between calibrated and uncalibrated acceleromyography

Secondary Outcome

Difference in onset time, T2, T3, T4 reappearance time between calibrated and uncalibrated acceleromyography
Difference in TOF ratio at same time between calibrated and uncalibrated acceleromyography
Correlation between difference in T1 reappearance time and patient data (age, sex, height, weight, body mass index, liver and renal function), dose of remimazolam and depth of anesthesia.

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: Patients over 18 years old scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia in the supine position All patients were American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status class I or II.
• Exclude criteria: Patients under 18 years old, with known or suspected difficult airway (including obesity defined as BMI over 30 kg/m2) and a history of gastroesophageal reflux or increased risk factors for aspiration, with neuromuscular disorder
