Intervention(s)On the day you are scheduled to get out of bed for the first time after surgery,a nurse will change your position and measure your vital sings(blood pressure,pulse,blood oxygen saturation)in the ward according to a step-by-step out-of-bed program.After 6:00 to 7:00 in the morning,a night shift nurse measures vital signs in the supine position and checks for subject symptoms(hereinafter referred to as lighteadedness,nausea,vomiting,cold sweat,dizziness,and malaise).Check for pain with a face scale,and, use pain relievers as directed by your doctor if necessary.Aroundd 7:30 before breakfast,while checking the degree of pain and whether or not there are symptoms such as lightheadedness and dizziness,faise,the head to 45 degress,check subjective symtoms 1 minute later,and maintain the same posture for 5 minutes.If there are no symtoms,raise the head to 60 to 90 degrees,check for subjective symptoms after 1 minute,and maintain the same posture for 5 minutes.After that,the day shift nurse check whether the patient can be transferred to the sheelchair without any changes in vital sings or subjective symptoms that correspond to dhiscontinuation.Program 20 to 30 pumps(ankle exercises) before leaving the bed to check for symptoms of deep vein thrombosis.A nurse plances the patient in a sitting position and accompanies the patient for 1 minute.About 1 minute later,measure vital sings,and check for subjective symptoms.Next ,transfer to a wheelchair with the assistance of a nurese.Sit in a wheelchair for 1 minutes after getting out of bed,check vital signs and subjective symptoms,and check pain with a face scale.For the first time getting out of bed,the patient was transferred to a wheelchair and returened to bed 10 minutes later.If there is a suden chamge of if the criteria for leaving the bed are met,immedhiately the patient to leave the bed and request a medhical examination by a doctor.

Primary OutcomeBlood pressure fluctuation after wheel chair transfer

Include criteria20 years old or older with consent Those who were admitted to the West Ward on the 4th floor in 202 and underwent total hip arthroplasty
Exclude criteriadementia patient ,A patient who required a large bone graft on the acetabular side,In case of intraoperative fracture,Patients who postoperative infections,In case of posutoperative vein thrombosis,Patients with postoperative nerve palsy,Patients with posutoperative dislocation,Patients with hip instability,Patients with orthostatic hypotension,Patients with diseases that cause autonomic neuropathy
