Intervention(s)Perform VDT work for 5 hours to give the subject fatigue. Assuming an environment where general VDT work is engaged, it is possible to inoculate drinking water and confectionery light meals and toilets during work. However, it is not possible to secure time for the purpose of the break itself.

Include criteria1. I am involved in VDT work on a daily basis.
Exclude criteria1. If you have a heart or mental illness, or have any other serious illness. 2. There is an injury or illness for which treatment and rehabilitation have not been completed. 3. You may be pregnant or you may be pregnant. 4. It is skin atopy. 5. In addition, when the practitioner judges that it is not suitable for the experiment.
