Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomeUsing the information obtained, we will examine whether the detection rate of congenital heart disease has increased with the increase in screening items in fetal echocardiographic screening, the type and severity of disease in cases that were detected and those that were not, and the clinical course of whether subsequent surgery was required, and clarify the problems with fetal echocardiographic screening for congenital heart disease.

Include criteriaCases in which prenatal checkups were performed at our hospital, fetal cardiac echo screening was performed as part of routine medical care, and the patient was referred to a specialist during the fetal period or after birth.
Exclude criteriaCases that were not screened at our hospital or were not referred to a specialist before or after birth
