• Intervention(s): The intervention group will use a chatbot that explains breast cancer treatment guidelines using conversational AI, and the non-intervention group will browse the "Breast Cancer Practice Guidelines for Patients" web page.

• Primary Outcome: Improvement of the SDM score (assessed by SDM-Q-9)

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

Patients diagnosed with cStage 0~II breast cancer (histologically diagnosed as breast cancer and clinically diagnosed with stage 0~II)
Patients who undergo surgery first
Patients undergoing surgery at our hospital
Patients who have received a sufficient explanation for participating in this study and who are able to obtain written consent from the patient to participate in the study with sufficient understanding and voluntary consent
Patients over 18 years of age at the time of obtaining consent

Exclude criteria

Patients who are unable to use a tablet
Patients undergoing preoperative chemotherapy
Patients judged to be unsuitable as research subjects by the principal investigator or co-investigator
