Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomeSensitivity and specificity of the pleural adhesion prediction model created from vocal and lung sounds.
Secondary Outcome1. Feature values of lung sounds in the presence of pleural adhesions. 2. The correlation between the presence of pleural adhesions and lung sounds. 3. Accuracy (AUC) of the estimation algorithm.

Include criteria1. Patients who are over the age of 18 at the time of consent acquisition. 2. Patients who are scheduled for thoracic surgery by thoracoscopy or thoracotomy.
Exclude criteria1. Patients diagnosed with pneumothorax as a result of a chest X-ray examination. 2. Patients whom the attending physician has determined are difficult to participate in the study due to reduced comprehension, unstable mental state, or similar reasons. 3. Others whom the attending physician has judged to be inappropriate for participation in this study.
