Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Multidimensional Evaluation Scale for Patient Impression Change-Japnese version (MPIC-J), Patient's global impression of Change (PGIC), Clinical Global Impression of Change (CGI-C), Telehealth Usability Questionnaire (TUQ).
• Secondary Outcome: Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) or Burke-Fhan-Marsden Dystonia Rating Scale (BFMDRS)

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: < 18age old
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: Individuals of both genders, aged 18 and above, diagnosed with Parkinson's disease or dystonia, and who have received implantation of Abbott Medical's infinity device, and are currently undergoing outpatient treatment at either Tokushima University Hospital or Kurashiki Heisei Hospital, having provided informed consent.
• Exclude criteria: If consent is not obtained, or if participation in this trial is deemed inappropriate for any other reason.
