Intervention(s)The change of pain scale (VAS values) are investigated after the painfull region are coverd with therapy sheets ot plasebo sheets.

Primary OutcomeVAS values
Secondary OutcomePainDETECT, Pain VIsion, PDAS, AIS, Sleeping durations, other therapy such as neural block, and the usage of common and rescue medicine

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum>= 20age old
Age maximum< 90age old
GenderBoth
Include criteriaPatients who meet all of the following; 1) Age >= 20 and < 90, 2) Patients who have Post Herpetic Neuralgia, Post Operative Chest Pain, and other Neuropathic pain with VAS values >= 50 despite of general treatments, 3) Painfull skin region can be all coverd with therapy sheets or plasebo sheets, 4) Patients who are able to obtain own consent by themselves after enough explanations and understandings.
Exclude criteriaPatients who meet at least one of the following; 1) Pregnant and possibly pregnant women, 2) Patient who have the skin disease, 3) Patient who the investigator judged to be inappropriate for this research.
