• Intervention(s): We will develop and implement a sexual and gender minority (SGM) health education program targeting medical providers. The training will be provided through the hospital's training system. The program involves approximately 100 minutes of video content, covering "basic knowledge about SGM (terms, sexual violence and trauma, mental health)," "approaches to treating SGM patients in medical settings," and "interviews with experts." Surveys will be conducted before and after the training, and again two months later.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: - Self-report surveys (i.e., the Japanese version of the LGBT-Development of Clinical Skills [LGBT-DOCSS], LGBT Recognition Scale, and the 20-item Japanese version of the Attitudes Toward Lesbians and Gay Men Scale [ATLG-J20]) will be used to evaluate changes in medical providers' "knowledge," "attitudes," "understanding," "tolerance," and "mental preparedness" for clinical practice concerning sexual and gender minorities.

Secondary Outcome

- Self-report surveys to evaluate satisfaction with the training program.
- Self-report surveys to evaluate changes in awareness and practice related to diversity.

Include criteria

1. Medical providers (e.g., doctors, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, diagnostic radiographers, clinical laboratory technicians, paramedics, certified clinical psychologists, certified public psychologists, social workers, psychiatric social workers) who work at Tottori University Faculty of Medicine Hospital during the clinical study period
2. Individuals who provide consent
