Intervention(s)Patients will be randomly assigned to receive five squirts of lidocaine spray or placebo before sedation.

Outcome(s)

Primary Outcomepatient- and endoscopist-reported tolerance and satisfaction with EUS.
Secondary OutcomeAmount of midazoram and pethidine. The uumber of gag reflex during intubation The number of gag reflex during procedure The number of attempts at intubation of the upper esophagus sphincter Adverse events

Include criteriaPatients undergoing EUS
Exclude criteriaAge<18years. Patient performed ERCP, EUS-FNA and esophagogastroduodenoscopy in same day. ASA-PS 4-5. Allergy for lidocaine, midazoram and pethidine Pregnant woman Past surgery or radiotherapy for Intraoral to laryngopharynx
