Preperation intervention study for colonoscopy

Intervention(s)As a preparation for colonoscopy, in addition to taking Picosulfate sodium solution the day before the exam, take Magmit tablets or Movicol for 3 days.

Include criteria1. Patients planning a colonoscopy 2. Patients with constipation: In the previous colonoscopy, the standard dose of Moviprep (1 liter) was not enough to irrigate the bowel, and additional Moviprep or an enema was required. 3. Patients who received sufficient explanation before participating in this study, and obtained written consent by the patient's free will after sufficient understanding. 4. Patients over 20 years old who can decide to participate in the study by themselves at the time of obtaining consent
Exclude criteria1. Already in the treatment of chronic constipation and regularly using laxatives 2. Poor general condition 3. Emergency endoscope 4. Persistent bloody stool or endoscopy was for hemostasis 5. Patients with chronic kidney disease 6. Patients who plan to perform colonoscopy without intestinal lavage 7. Patients who cannot decide to participate in the exam by themselves 8. Patients who understand the exam well but do not agree to participate in the exam 9. Those who are judged to be inappropriate as research subjects by the principal investigator and the research coordinator
