1.meningococcal vaccination (56 years old or older)
2.measurement of antibody titer against Neisseria meningitidis

• Primary Outcome: Immunogenicity and safety
• Secondary Outcome: Geometric mean titer of antibody

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 56age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: 56 years old or older persons who wish to be immunized with meningococcal vaccine

Exclude criteria

The persons listed below are excluded from study registration
manifest fever (37.5 degree or more temperature)
suffering from severe acute illness
history of hypersensitivity to the vaccine component
history of invasive meningococcal disease
other inappropriate conditions for vaccination
