Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomeChanges in fatigue locations in the Fatigue Research Group of the Japanese Society for Occupational Health and VAS (Visual Analog Scale: 0-10) before and after the procedures .
Secondary OutcomePatient background (age, gender, underlying conditions, diagnosis date, endoscopic findings, height, weight, complications, medical history, current medical history, lifestyle habits), assistance time, medications used for sedation, level of sedation, presence of body movement, type of chair used.

Include criteriaThis study targets patients undergoing esophageal, gastric, duodenal, and colorectal ESD at our Department of Gastroenterology, focusing on consecutive ESD cases.
Exclude criteriaIf the co-medical staff changes during the assistance and the assistance time for each is within 30 minutes. Cases where co-medical staff have difficulty maintaining a standing or sitting position for extended periods. Other cases deemed inappropriate by the research physician.
