Primary OutcomePercentage of tumor with resection margins of at least 5 mm
Secondary OutcomeIntraoperative adverse event rate Postoperative adverse event rate Postoperative drainage period Six months and 1 year postoperative FVC (forced lung volume) and FEV1 (forced volume in 1 second) Residual lung volume (ml) on chest CT at 6 months and 1 year postoperatively 5-year recurrence-free survival rate

Include criteriaThe following criteria are all to be met. 1) Thin section CT of the chest (< 1 mm) 2) Tumour diameter < 2 cm and C/T ratio < 0.25 3) Intraoperative localisation of the tumour is assumed to be difficult 4) Complete resectability by thoracoscopic or robot-assisted thoracoscopic subsegmentectomy
Exclude criteriaPregnant or lactating women.
