Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: The main evaluation items will be the scores of ``depth,'' ``smoothness,'' ``arousal,'' and ``affirmation'' on the Japanese Session Evaluation Scale (J-SEQ), which will be evaluated by research collaborators.
• Secondary Outcome: The face reader's ``emotional valence'', ``arousal'', ``happy'', ``sad'', ``scared'', ``surprised'', and ``disgusted'' "Disgusted", "Angry", "Neutral", "Contempt", "Boredom", "Confusion", "Interest", "Attention" )" score, and the number of "blinks" and "head downs" as secondary evaluation items.

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

Those who have been diagnosed with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder according to DSM-5 or ICD-11 diagnostic criteria and have been notified of their disease name.
Persons who use home-visit nursing for the above diagnosis or who are likely to use home-visit nursing in the future.
Persons who are 18 years of age or older at the time consent is obtained.
Those who are judged to be able to participate in this study by the administrator of the target facility and the public health nurse/nurse in charge.
Those who have consented to the research topic and purpose of this study.

Exclude criteria

Persons with a history of drug abuse.
Persons diagnosed with intellectual disability or dementia.
