• Intervention(s): The study is a three-arm crossover study. Subjects use to brush with either a toothpaste including biomineral, a toothpaste (pH unadjusted) or a toothpaste (pH adjusted). The durations of using each toothpastes are six weeks. The washout period is set at 4 weeks.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: The stataus of dental plaque
• Secondary Outcome: Frequency of brushing teeth per day, use of interdental cleaning devices, smoking status, history of visits to the dentist, use of toothpaste.

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

The following criteria shall be applied to those who meet all of the following criteria

1)18 years or older
2)Healthy persons
3)Persons who, after receiving a full explanation of their participation in this study, are able to obtain written consent to participate in the study of their own free will based on a full understanding of the study.

Exclude criteria

Persons who are in conflict with any of the following will not be included in the study.

1)Those who are scheduled to visit a dentist during the intervention period.
2)Those who wear dynamic orthodontic appliances.
3)Those who are using tooth pastes with biomineral.
4)Other persons who are deemed inappropriate as research subjects by the principal investigators and research assistants.
