• Intervention(s): Mindfulness training will be conducted once a week for one hour, for a total of eight sessions.Through mindfulness training, one becomes constantly aware of the "reality" of the present moment, perceives it as it is, and learns how to have a mind and a way of being that is free from feelings and sensations about it.

Primary Outcome

1. State-Trait Anxiety Inventory-Form JYZ
2. Japanese version of Mindful Attention Awareness Scale
3. Mindlessness Scale

Secondary Outcome

1. Japanese version of Multidimensional Assessment of Interoceptive Awareness
2. Japanese version of Subjective Happiness Scale
3. Record of Homework Implementation

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 19age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

1. Persons who are 19 years of age or older at the time of consent.
2. Persons with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (including autism and Asperger's disorder).
3. Persons who are able to use the application for remote mindfulness training.
4. Those who are able to prepare a telecommunication environment to receive remote mindfulness training.

Exclude criteria

1. Those who have received mindfulness training prior to obtaining consent.
2. Those who routinely engage in mindfulness training.
3. Those who have post-traumatic stress disorder or dissociative disorder and may experience dissociation or flashbacks when mindfulness training is conducted.
