Intervention(s)A Speech-Language-Hearing Therapist performs a repetitive saliva swallowing test (RSST) and a food test (FT). Based on the test results, the user's swallowing state is evaluated to determine the appropriate amount of food, form, and eating posture. or change to Analyze the presence or absence of changes before, 3 months, and 6 months after intervention by a Speech-Language-Hearing Therapist. The research period is until March 2024. The basic attributes are age, gender, number of diagnoses, content of diagnosis, duration of use, number of types of drugs, content of drugs, body weight, SpO2, blood pressure, and body temperature. Food test (Food Test, FT) 1 point No swallowing, choking or respiratory urgency. 2 points Swallowing, accompanied by respiratory urgency (suspected silent aspiration). 3 points Swallowing, good breathing, accompanied by choking or moist hoarseness. 4 points Swallowing, good breathing, no choking. 5 points In addition to the symptoms of 4 points, additional swallowing (empty swallowing) can be performed twice within 30 seconds. Repetitive Saliva Swallowing Test (RSST). Observe how many times you can swallow saliva in 30 seconds after moistening your mouth. Count how many times you swallow in 30 seconds, and if you can do 3 or more, it's normal.
