Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Complete closure rate of duodenal post-ESD defects

Secondary Outcome

(1) Delayed bleeding rate
(2) Delayed perforation rate
(3) Closure time
(4) Sustained closure rates at PODs 3 and 7

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: Not applicable
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: A case in which the ulcer floor was closed using E-LOC at our hospital after receiving written consent for E-LOC.
• Exclude criteria: Tumors of the duodenal papillary region, lesions within 1 cm of the duodenal papilla, and cases in which the ulcer base exceeds 40 mm in long diameter.
