Intervention(s) | This study is an intervention through an educational program using on-demand materials. It consists of a screening period after obtaining consent, an intervention period for the educational program, and a post-intervention observation period. Screening through a post-consent survey will be conducted within 2 weeks prior to random assignment, and enrollment will be conducted after confirming that selection criteria are met and that exclusion criteria are not violated. After enrollment, random assignment will be made and a survey will be administered via the Internet, including items assessing baseline knowledge status and willingness to practice nursing. Study subjects in the course group will then begin taking the educational program within one week of the initial survey. A post-evaluation will be conducted via the Internet within one week after the completion of the course. Four weeks after that evaluation, a post-observation period post-evaluation will be conducted. The target group will be surveyed at the same time as the enrollment group. |
