Include criteria | 1) Men and women more than 65 years old who live in Tottori prefecture 2) Persons with subjective cognitive decline who have one or more of the following three items 1. My family or friends point out my memory loss. 2. I do not make a call by looking up phone numbers. 3. I sometimes find myself not knowing today's date. 3) People who have an internet environment at home and an internet connection terminal that can play audio and video. 4) People who have an email address 5) People who have a place to exercise at home 6) People who can prepare tools for performing cognitive training at home 7) People who can carry out exercise and cognitive training by themselves |
Exclude criteria | 1) People who are restricted to perform the heavy physical activity by a doctor 2) People who cannot rise from the sitting position at all 3) People who need assistance in activities of daily living such as grooming, eating, defecation, urination, using the toilet, transferring, walking, changing clothes, climbing stairs, and bathing. 4) People who could not perform the cognitive function test at the start of the study |
