Intervention(s)

Group A: Have them participate in the test before having lunch for the first time and have them participate in the test after having lunch next time.
Group B: A group that asks participants to participate in the test after having lunch for the first time and before taking lunch next time.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Data of eye-tracking

Secondary Outcome

Current appetite status (how hungry, how much you want to eat)
Eating behavior (currently on a diet, regular skipping, self-catering, eating out frequency)
Eating consciousness (motivation for food selection, interest in ethical consumption, usual nutrition labeling, DEBQ eating behavior scale)

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: <= 28age old
• Gender: Female

Include criteria

1.Normal body bass index (BMI: 18.5-24.9kg/m2)
2.Female students aged 18-28years

Exclude criteria

1. Male
2. Under 18 or over 29
3. If you miss breakfast on a daily basis (more than 4 days a week)
4. Thin (BMI: less than 18.5) or overweight (BMI: 25.0 kg / m2 or more)
5. If you have not attended university or graduate school
6. Pregnant and lactating women
7. I have had eye surgery before (such as corneal surgery)
8. If you are wearing bifocals
9. If you smoke on a daily basis
10. If you are on a diet
11. If you need to be careful about your diet due to food allergies
12. If you are taking multiple drugs other than analgesia / anti-inflammatory drugs (drugs related to diseases such as diabetes that can cause hypoglycemia according to hunger)
