Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 15age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: 1)all patient who come to emergency depertment after 01/04/2021

Exclude criteria

1) patient under 14 years old
2) patient transported by emergency ambulance
3) conultation case to specific department
4) gynecological patient
5) patiens who reject to join its reasearch
6) un-sutable case decided by researcher
