Secondary Outcome1. Duke Activity Status Index 2. Preoperative NT-proBNP value 3. Postoperative troponin value 4. CCU stay duration 5. Hospitalization duration 6. 30-day postoperative mortality 7. Postoperative complications (Clavien-Dindo classification)

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum>= 18age old
Age maximumNot applicable
Gender
Include criteriasevere aortic valve stenosis
Exclude criteria1. Patients undergoing concurrent surgery with other procedures. 2. Patients with concomitant neuromuscular disorders. 3. Cases where a cross-sectional image of the psoas major muscle was not obtained in the preoperative CT necessary for treatment.
