Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: To assess the short- and long-term clinical efficacy and safety outcomes of colorectal EMR and ESD

Secondary Outcome

To assess the short- and long-term adenoma recurrence rate (local or metachronous) after colorectal EMR and ESD
To identify factors associated with short- and long-term adenoma recurrence (local or metachronous).

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: Patients with colorectal lesions resected by EMR or ESD
• Exclude criteria: Age under 20, the patients who have difficulty obtaining consent
