• Intervention(s): Nail art is attached to the nails of the subject's fingers, SpO2 is measured using a pulse oximeter, and compared with the value before attachment. In addition, we will change the method and location of the pulse oximeter and compare it with the SpO2 value measured by fingers.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: arterial oxygen saturation

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: <= 65age old
• Gender: Female
• Include criteria: Healthy adult female aged 18-65
• Exclude criteria: Men, underage women, SpO2 in room air less than 95%, deformity or lesions on nails, unable to wear pulse oximeter probe
