Investigation of the effect of nail art on pulse oximeter measurements and how to deal with it

Intervention(s)Nail art is attached to the nails of the subject's fingers, SpO2 is measured using a pulse oximeter, and compared with the value before attachment. In addition, we will change the method and location of the pulse oximeter and compare it with the SpO2 value measured by fingers.

Age minimum>= 18age old
Age maximum<= 65age old
GenderFemale
Include criteriaHealthy adult female aged 18-65
Exclude criteriaMen, underage women, SpO2 in room air less than 95%, deformity or lesions on nails, unable to wear pulse oximeter probe
