Intervention(s)

Intervention is one experiment of the putting on rehabilitation glasses within 1-2 weeks after admission.
For the intervention, about 20 minutes are needed; 6 minutes for evaluation before putting on rehabilitation glasses, 6 minutes for evaluation under putting on rehabilitation glasses on sitting position, standing position, and trasferred for 5 m by the wheel chair, 6 minutes for evaluation after taking off the rehabilitation glasses.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: 1)Scale for Contraversive Pushing (SCP) Canges of SCP from pre- to post-wearing the rehabilitation glass.

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: <= 85age old
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

1) aged equal or above 18 and below 85 years old
2) acute stroke patients admitted to SCU withon 48 hours of onset
3) first-ever stroke
4) patients with moderate to severe lateropulsion defined as equal or above 0.75 on the Scale for Contraversive Pushing on registration
5) patiehts with obtained informed consent

Exclude criteria

1) communication difficulties due to impaired consciousness (Japan coma scale equal or above 10) , aphasia, and/or cognitive dysfunction
2) difficulty in performing gait training exercises
3) patients who cannot participate in the present study judged by the chief-or co-investigators of the present study.
