Include criteria1) Patients with suspected primary lung cancer of clinical stage IIIA or higher, including enlarged hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes, satisfying all of the imaging studies in 1. and clinical findings in 2. 1. enlargement of 10 mm or more in short diameter on chest contrast CT or accumulation of SUVmax 2.50 or more on FDG-PET. 2. 2) Clinically suspected primary lung cancer, or already diagnosed as primary lung cancer by other tests. 2) Patients who are scheduled for EBUS-TBNA and EBUS-IFB for 1). 3) Patients who are 20 years old or older. 4) Patients who have given written consent to participate in the study. Exclude criteria1) For the purpose of staging. 2) Patients with suspected sarcoidosis or lymphoproliferative disease, either clinically or by other tests. 3) Patients with poorly controlled complications (unstable angina, post-acute myocardial infarction, severe bronchial asthma, active pulmonary infection, heart failure, bleeding tendency, etc.), psychosis or psychiatric symptoms that interfere with daily life, or dementia. 4) Other cases that the registered physician deems inappropriate for inclusion.
