• Intervention(s): In the cases who need androgen depravation therapy, monthy percutaneous LHRH analogue injection namedGoserelin acetate will be treated continously.

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 50age old
• Age maximum: < 90age old
• Gender: Male

Include criteria

Case with PSA failure after EBRT
Confirmed by local recurrence using MRI and biopsy and confirmed adenocarcinoma by histology
Biological effective dose<200 Gy

Exclude criteria

Double active cancer
Un-suitable case
