Primary Outcome | Presence or absence of infection: Wound infection, cholangitis, pneumonia, urinary tract infection, intra-abdominal infection, sepsis, catheter infection, etc. |

Secondary Outcome | Complications grade II or higher based on Clavien-Dindo classification Postoperative liver damage (AST, ALT values) Series of reactions (based on liver biopsy) Early graft dysfunction (EAD) Defecation frequency/characteristics of stool |

Include criteria | Patients who are 18 years of age or older at the time of informed consent Cases who were clinically diagnosed as being suitable for liver transplantation and underwent living donor liver transplantation after the date of approval for this study. |
Exclude criteria | Patients who have difficulty in oral intake Patients with lactose allergy |
