Intervention(s)Exercise Therapy Aerobic exercise (5000 steps/day as prescribed) and resistance exercise (squat, heel lift, front lunge) The videos of resistance exercises (squats, heel lift s, front lunge) will be downloaded with a QR code and made freely available to the participants. Nutritional therapy Nutritional guidance will be provided online by a dietitian at the time of the surgical decision. Receive photos of meals from smart phones and instruct online after dietitian checks them, or rese archers communicate the instructions from the dietitian online. Place protein stickers on the book lets. (The prescribed value is 3 times/day.) Cognitive Function Therapy After downloading the "Brain App" smartphone ap p, play the game for at least 30 minutes/day Check the status of the prehabilitation program online via phone, e-mail, SMS, etc. Contact at leas t once a week and follow up as needed. Include criteria1) Patients aged 65 and over 2) Patients with smartphones 3) Urology cancer patients, Lower abdomen canc er patients, Lung cancer patients, Oral surgery wit h revascularization patients 4) Patients who can secure a period of 14 days or more from the decision to surgery
Exclude criteria1) Patients who don not agree 2) Patients unable to use smartphones 3) Patients unable to walk alone 4) Patients undergoing dialysis 5) Patients undergoing home oxygen therapy 6) Patients visiting a psychiatric clinic 7) Patients with problems eating and swallowing 8) Patients who meet the following cancer rehabilitation discontinuation criteria 1. Blood findings: hemoglobin 7.5g/dl or less, plat elets 50,000ul or less, white blood cells 3,000ul or less 2. Findings of metastasis of long bones with invasi on of 50% or more of the bone cortex, bone erosio n toward the center of the bone, lesions of 3cm or more of the femur, etc. 3. Compression of cavities, blood vessels, and spinal cord 4. Exudate retention in the pleura, peritoneum, an dretroperitoneum due to pain, dyspnea, and restricted movement 5. Central nervous system dysfunction, impaired consciousness, increased intracranial pressure 6. Low/hyperkalemia, low/hypernatremia, low/hypercalcemia 7. Orthostatic hypotension, hypertension of 160/100mmhg or higher 8. Tachycardia of 110/min or more, ventricular arrhythmia
