Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: each summary score of quality of life in SF-36

Secondary Outcome

composite endopint including all-cause death, heart failure hospitalization, non fetal myocardial infarction, stroke and target lesion revascularization
distance in 6 minutes walk test
each subscale in SF-36
severity in sarcopenia or physical frailty
skeletal muscle mass index
hand grip strength and lower limb muscle strength

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

Patients who are 18 years old or older and who received written informed consent.
Patients with acute myocardial infarction who are eligible for outhospital cardiac rehabilitation.
Patients who do outpatient visit at out institute

Exclude criteria

Patients who had contraindication to cardiac rehabilitation with excercise
Patients who underwent open heart surgery due to mechianical complications of myocardial infarction
Patients who are pregnant or are breastfeeding
Patients with severe comorbidities which can affect their life prognosis
Patients who are considered inapproproiate for this research
