• Primary Outcome: Serial change in Myokine dynamics during CPX

Secondary Outcome

composite endopint including cardiovascular death and hreart failure hospitalization
parameter of excercise tolerance in CPX
Cardiac and skeletal muscle uptake values and WR in Tc-MIBI
Late phase H/M ratio and WR in MIBG
Skeletal muscle mass and strength
Vascular endothelial function
Echocardiographic parameters

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

Patients who are 20 years old or older and who received written informed consent.
Patients with heart failure and preserved ejection fraction who are eligible for outhospital cardiac rehabilitation.
Patients who can perform cardiopulmonary excercise test.

Exclude criteria

Patients who had contraindication to cardiac rehabilitation with excercise.
Patients with neuromuscular diseases such as myopathy and chronic inflammatory diseases.
Patients who are pregnant or are breastfeeding.
Patients who are considered inapproproiate for this research.
