Include criteria1. Patients who undergo kidney transplantation at the Department of Urology, Hyogo Medical University Hospital 2. Written informed consent from the patient for study participation 3. Age 20 or older at the time consent is obtained 4. Patients who understand and can parform renal rehabilitation treatment
Exclude criteria1. Patient who refused renal rehabilitation treatment 2. Patients with acute myocardial infarction 3. Patients with poorly controlled unstable angina pectoris 4. Patients with poorly controlled arrhythmia 5. Patients with severe aortic stenosis 6. Patients with poorly controlled Heart failure 7. Patients with acute pulmonary embolism or pulmonary infarction 8. Patients with acute myocarditis or pericarditis 9. Patients with acute aortic dissection 10. Patients with mental illness who cannot communicate 11. Patients with poorly controlled hypertension (systolic blood pressure >= 180 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure >= 100 mmHg) 12. Patients with electrolyte imbalance (postoperative serum potassium >=5.5 mEq/L) 13. Patients who are judged unsuitable as subjects by the principal investigator or subinvestigator
