Intervention(s)There are two types of intervention exercises. Toes spread out exercise: In one-leg standing, all toes are extended and the small and big toes are abducted to the floor. Abductor hallucis muscle exercise: Standing on one leg, the patient lifts the small toe and the ball of the small toe while applying load to the big toe. Measurements were taken before and after these exercises.

Primary OutcomeMeasuring the amount of load on the big toe
Secondary OutcomePlantar pressure change and center of gravity sway

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum>= 20age old
Age maximum<= 30age old
GenderBoth
Include criteriaHealthy Volunteer
Exclude criteriaThe patient must be currently attending orthopedic surgery due to lower extremity trauma, have limited range of motion of the first metatarsophalangeal joint, diabetes, a history of metatarsophalangeal surgery, neuropathy, cardiovascular disease, polio, cerebral palsy, and inflammatory arthritis, and be able to perform both toes spread out exercise and Abductor hallucis muscle exercises.
