Primary OutcomeIntraoperative allogeneic blood transfusion
Secondary OutcomeIntraoperative setting: bleedings(before and after HAT), amont of loss of Hb, coagulation test Postoperative setting: Complications according to the Clavien-Dindo classification, allogeneic blood transfusion (amount or rate), posthepatectomy liver failure (PHLF)

Age minimum>= 18age old
Age maximumNot applicable
GenderBoth
Include criteria1. More than 18 years 2. All disease which would be required for hepatectomy 3. intermediate-to-difficult hepatectomy 4. HAT cases
Exclude criteria1. Hepatectomy with concomitant some surgery (e.g., gastrectomy or pancreaticoduodenecrtomy) 2. Donor hepatectomy
