Effect of pelvic floor muscle exercises focus on health literacy for pregnant women with stress urinary incontinence.

Intervention(s)arm A :Receive pelvic floor muscle training information (pamphlet) and complete pre- and post-intervention questionnaires arm B :In addition to the contents of Group A, the women will receive pelvic floor muscle training at home. In addition, the women will receive continuous health education using the teach back method at the time of their maternal health examination every 2 weeks.

Primary Outcomededuced prevalence of stress urinary incontinence
Secondary Outcome1.reduction in severity of stress urinary incontinence 2. improved quality of life for stress urinary incontinence 3. development of Health Literacy

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum>= 18age old
Age maximumNot applicable
GenderFemale
Include criteria1.primipara woman 2.being in the 23th-25th gestational week during the first attendance 3.singleton pregnancy 4.had stress urinary incontinence
Exclude criteriamultiparous woman having any genitourinary symptoms had stress urinary incontinence before pregnancy multiple pregnancy high risk for preterm lobor
