Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Overall Survival

Secondary Outcome

1. The ratio of patients who actually receive molecular tumor board recommended therapy (MBRT)
2. Chemotherapy regimens in the subsequent lines of therapy
3. Progression-free survival in each subsequent line of therapy
4. Best Overall Response in each subsequent line of therapy
5. PFS ratio: MBRT/first-line therapy
6. PFS ratio_2: MBRT/prior therapy
7. One year suvival rate

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable

Include criteria

1. Registered in FIRST-Dx trial, and underwent F1CDx.
2. Written informed consent.

Exclude criteria

1. Withdrawal of informed consent.
2. Registered in FIRST-Dx trial, but failed in F1CDx.
3. Inappropriate case judged by investigators.
