Primary OutcomeDescriptive statistics of the presence or absence of spontaneous symptoms after COVID-19 infection and their description
Secondary Outcome1) Correlation between symptom prolongation after COVID-19 infection and the number of vaccinations 2) Correlation between symptom duration after COVID-19 infection and severity of acute phase and treatment 3) Correlation between symptom duration after COVID-19 infection and age and underlying disease 4) Creation of undirected graphs based on partial correlation coefficients of each variable using Markov probability fields 5) Difference in response rate due to different push notification methods for data acquisition by the application

Include criteria1) Persons affected by COVID-19 2) Those who have read and fully understood the consent document for participation in this study and have agreed to be a subject of the study of their own will.
Exclude criteria1) Those who do not agree to participate in this study 2) Those who have memory impairment such as dementia and are unable to complete the questionnaire.
