Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Descriptive statistics on the presence or absence of spontaneous symptoms after vaccination and their description

Secondary Outcome

1)Correlation between vaccination frequency and infection
2)Correlation between the presence or absence of adverse reactions after vaccination and the next vaccination rate
3)Correlation between the number of vaccinations and the implementation of infection prevention measures
4)Undirected graphs based on partial correlation coefficients of each variable using Markov probability fields
5)Difference in response rates due to different push notification methods for data acquisition by apps

• Gender: Both

Include criteria

1) Persons who have received or will receive the COVID-19 vaccine
2) The applicant must have access to the application via his/her smartphone and must be able to complete the evaluation and electronic questionnaire on the application.
3) Those who have read and fully understood the consent document for participation in this study and have agreed to be a research subject of their own free will.

• Exclude criteria: 1) Persons who do not agree to participate in this study
