Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: To identify biomarkers associated with disease severity and activity of atopic dermatitis.
• Secondary Outcome: To quantify the candidates of biomarkers in protein level.

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: <= 80age old
• Gender: Male

Include criteria

1) Patients who were diagnosed as atopic dermatitis following the criteria of the Japanese Dermatological Association by dermatologists, Persons who is generally judged as healthy.
2) Persons who can give voluntary written consent to participate in the present trial

Exclude criteria

1) Patients with skin infection.
2) Patients who were orally administered immunosuppressant within 4 weeks prior to the study.
