Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Number and rate of patients who are required to re-endoscopic examination

Secondary Outcome

Time for endoscopy (judged by the image of endoscopic pictures)
Residue in the remnant stomach at the first and the end of endosopic examination
R grade accoding to RGB classification

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

(1)Patients who were 20 years old or older of age at the time of giving consent
(2)Patients undergoing for distal gastrectomy, pylorus-preserving gastrectomy, proximal gastrectomy
(3)Patients who underwent R0 resection
(4)Patients with gastric cancer pStage under stage IIIC
(5)Patients who underwent gastrecomty within 5 years
(6)Patients with residue in the remnant stomach during gastric endoscopy, which correspond to R grade over grade 2 in the RGB classification

Exclude criteria

(1)Patients who schedule the first gastric endoscopy after gastrectomy
(2)Patients with a performance status (PS) score of 0 - 2 on the ECOG scale
(3)Patients otherwise considered inappropriate by a medical doctor
